2. Serial number of machine
3. Date of machine purchase (month/year)
4. Description of problem, with any applicable service history
5. For replacement parts, part number and part name/description from manual

Many issues can be better described or supported with “pictures” – so we encourage the use of digital cameras to send us the pictures in standard JPEG format for reference.
